BSP Administrative Profile

Annually, the BSP develops innovative training programs for close to 1,300 low-wage workers, primarily immigrant or African American. Classes like Worksite English, computer literacy, and vocational training help create a stronger future for participants while also serving the long-term goals and vision of the Service Employees union, participating employers, their corporate clients, and the larger community. The BSP brings together diverse stakeholders into a unique partnership to increase low-income and immigrant families' job skills, educational achievement, knowledge of health & safety measures, and access to community resources while also building bridges in communities.
