Orange County
In 2011, the BSP expanded to Orange County to meet the growing demand to train janitors. This year, the BSP collaborated with Rancho Santiago Community College District Workforce Development to provide computer literacy and English as Second Language instruction to janitors. As a result, 69 janitors are on track towards completing each program.
