• Property service workers (janitors, security officers, etc.) & other low-wage workers, their families, and communities
• 65% women, 35% men
• Primarily immigrants from Latin America , with smaller numbers of African Americans, Caucasians, and people of Asian, African, Middle Eastern, and Eastern European descent.
• Less than 15% have computers at home or know how to use a computer before attending BSP Computer Literacy classes
• Less than 30% of ESL students are formally educated beyond 6th grade
