Training for Rising Stars

BSP Managers throughout California convened in San Diego to connect in leadership development initiatives.

This 4-month leadership program was designed to equip BSP's rising stars with knowledge and skills to help them grow and thrive, while increasing social mobility for workers in low-wage industries.

From a deep dive into governance structures and leadership styles to a hands-on lab on different conversations when managing up, down, sideways, and out, BSP Managers gained valuable skills and knowledge.
