Infectious Disease Certification Program
BSP developed the Infectious Disease Certification Program to adapt cleaning and maintenance practices in today’s rapidly evolving health and safety measures. Property service workers participate in training focused on effective cleaning and disinfecting techniques, correct usage of PPE, avoiding workplace injuries, and other new procedures
ADVANCE Vocational ESL
The ADVANCE Vocational ESL program is an intensive ESL and job skills curriculum designed to meet industry needs for a skillful workforce, while meeting an individual’s needs for basic English.
Green Janitor Education Program
At the forefront of building operations are janitors who are critical in reducing energy and water consumption through operations and maintenance. This program provides hands-on energy management and green cleaning training earning janitors a seat at the sustainability table while reducing the carbon footprint of buildings.
Floor Care Programs
The Floor Care Program is offered to individuals who have been working in the janitorial industry and are interested in moving up the career ladder to become a floor care technician. Additionally, the program brings the expertise of existing floor care technicians to serve as guides to trainees.
Digital Literacy
It is critical to expand opportunities for low-wage communities to include digital access and skills. BSP’s Digital Literacy program offers access to tech devices and digital education to close the digital divide for property service workers and their families.
LAX Programs
BSP offers educational programs to airport service workers at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), one of the largest international airports in the world. These dynamic career and education programs that enable workers’ personal and professional success.
