Building Skills Partnership programs improve the quality of life of property service workers in low-wage industries, as well as their families and communities, by increasing their access to education, leadership, and career advancement.
BSP offers comprehensive programs tailored to the diverse needs of the community. Our core strategies leverage workforce development, immigrant integration, and community advancement.
BSP works with employers to determine the highest priority workforce needs. With innovative courses in workplace ESL, digital literacy, green cleaning and more, BSP enables workers to reach their career goals while adapting to a changing industry.
BSP’s programs are multifaceted and shaped around the access points by which immigrants integrate into their communities, including language acquisition, civic engagement, and financial capabilities.
Reaching the American Dream encompasses much more than economic prosperity, it symbolizes personal advancement. BSP equips families with the tools to work towards their professional and personal goals while maintaining sound health and wellness.
BSP recently met with Natalie Palugyai, Secretary of the California Labor & Workforce Development Agency, the CA Workforce Development Board, SEIU-USWW, LBA Realty and ABM to showcase BSP programs.
