Recently, several property service workers at Northern California’s Samsung headquarters started Building Skills Partnership’s ADVANCE ESL program curriculum through a unique collaboration with industry partner, Flagship Facility Services.
BSP’s ADVANCE Vocational ESL program is an intensive English and job skills curriculum designed to meet industry needs for a skillful workforce, while meeting the individual’s needs for basic English communication.
BSP industry partner, Flagship Facility Services is dedicated to providing high quality commercial janitorial services to rapidly growing Silicon Valley companies. The company, who has been collaborating with BSP since 2016 through its GJEP curriculum, saw great opportunity in offering ADVANCE programs to its employees, who are frontline property service workers at lead companies.
BSP Instructors offer ADVANCE courses to workers through hybrid programs
