SFO Open House

Over 75 airport workers attended our SFO Open House, where BSP coordinators connected with participants one-on-one to share information about our program offerings and help them sign up for classes aligned with their interests.

Participants also completed a survey designed to better understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and areas of interest. This feedback will play a key role in shaping BSP programming and informing the development of future courses in collaboration with Bay Area community colleges.

In addition, the survey helps us identify potential challenges SFO workers may face in accessing and participating in these programs—allowing us to design supports that meet workers where they are and remove barriers to success.

This engagement strengthens our ability to build responsive, worker-centered pathways that expand opportunity and support long-term career growth.
