Building Skills Partnership improves the lives of property service (janitors, security officers, maintenance and custodial workers, stadium, arena and airport workers) and their families throughout California. BSP offers career and educational programs that enable workers and their families’ personal and professional success. 

BOMA members are encouraged to take ACTION and connect to an organization that works passionately to better the quality of life for property service workers and their families.
