Building Skills Partnership Joins California Commercial Real Estate Summit
We are proud to congratulate and extend our gratitude to the California Business Properties Association (CBPA) for hosting a successful California Commercial Real Estate Summit. This annual gathering brings together industry leaders from across the state to amplify their collective voice, share insights, and build lasting connections with policymakers and peers.
As California’s unified voice for the commercial real estate industry, CBPA plays a pivotal role in shaping policies that impact the built environment and the workers who keep these spaces thriving. BSP was honored to join this important conversation, reinforcing the value of partnerships that align industry success with worker empowerment.
A special thank you goes to Matthew Hargrove, CBPA President & CEO, and Rob Cord, 2025 CBPA Board Chair, for inviting BSP to be part of this year’s summit. Their leadership continues to strengthen the bridge between industry leaders, policymakers, and workforce development advocates.
It was also a pleasure to connect with partners from BOMA California, Building Owners and Managers Association Greater Los Angeles, and many other organizations committed to advancing solutions for a stronger, more resilient commercial real estate sector.
At BSP, we believe that collaboration between labor, business, and policy leaders is essential. By working together, we can ensure that California’s commercial real estate industry remains competitive while creating opportunities for the immigrant workers who form its foundation.
We are grateful for the chance to participate and look forward to continuing to build partnerships that drive both industry innovation and worker empowerment.
