Credit & Car Finance class

We had a great Saturday in San Diego, hosting a Credit & Car Finance class designed to support our members with practical, real-world financial education.

During the session, 12 participants took a deep dive into key topics such as building and repairing credit, understanding how interest rates affect long-term costs, navigating car loans, and recognizing common dealership practices to avoid costly pitfalls. The class created space for questions, discussion, and shared experiences, helping participants feel more confident and informed when making major financial decisions.

Workshops like this are an important part of our commitment to supporting workers beyond the job—providing tools that strengthen financial stability and long-term economic well-being.

A big thank you to Alex, Xitlaly Uribe, and Eduardo Villegas Perez for their time, expertise, and support in making this class possible.
