As President and CEO of Servicon since 2014, she has spearheaded the company's growth as a pioneer in environmentally sustainable cleaning and maintenance services, specializing in complex facilities like healthcare and aerospace. Her leadership has earned Servicon recognition as one of the "Fastest Growing Private Companies in America."

Ms. Sewell's influence extends across the industry, culminating in a historic appointment as President of ISSA, the leading worldwide cleaning industry association. She is only the fifth woman in ISSA's 100-year history to hold this prestigious position. In this role, she is committed to advancing the profession's impact, advocating for frontline workers, and promoting new standards that reflect excellence and innovation.

Laurie's significant achievements include championing health and safety improvements, spearheading initiatives to elevate frontline workers, and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry.
