Celebrating Resilience and Unity at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Gala

There is incredible power in coming together to celebrate the resilience, achievements, and contributions of the Latino community.

At the recent Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Gala, Luis Sandoval, Executive Director of Building Skills Partnership (BSP), and David Huerta, President of SEIU-USWW and BSP Board Member, joined leaders and partners from across the country in honoring the impact of this vibrant community.

The evening was more than a celebration—it was a reminder that our strength lies in unity and our shared commitment to building opportunity and equity for all. Together with our partners, BSP continues to uplift the voices of workers and families, champion immigrant inclusion, and build pathways for a brighter future.

We are proud to stand alongside SEIU-USWW, CHCI, and many dedicated leaders in recognizing the power of the Latino community and reaffirming our collective vision for justice and opportunity.
